Shipping / Return Policy
At Prefer Pets, we try to ship as soon as we receive your order (1-3 Bussiness Days, excluding Saturday/Sunday and National Holidays), please contact us within 24 hours if there is an issue or question about your order. All shipments will have tracking.
(Update 10/17/2017) *PO BOX addresses - your order may be canceled or alternatively shipped and delivered by USPS. Shipping and processing time will vary.
Most packages are picked up and delivered through UPS Services.
In certain circumstances we will use USPS for small orders or orders going to Hawaii / Alaska / PO Box. We are not responsible after shipment is picked up; however, if there is an issue with your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Currently we are only able to ship within the United States.
International shipping is not available at the moment.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect in which the customer has a 6-month time frame from date purchased (from our website only) to contact us.
Please email inquiry to email@example.com with mention of buyer name or Order # (so we can check your Purchase History). Customer must provide a detail description of defect and photos. Prefer Pets will determine whether it is a manufacturer defect. If reason is accepted, Prefer Pets will issue a replacement for item / parts.
If you did not purchase from our website, the item should be taken to the retailer you purchased from to consult further action or return following their policy. We are not responsible in this case.
